The indoor pool was nice and clean. The room was outdated and could use some improvements. Easy beach access for families and a fun games room for kids. we appreciated the friendly staff, but housekeeping could be better.

Spacious atrium rooms with a nice kitchenette were perfect for our Kite Festival weekend. We loved the balcony views and the joy of holding the parrots-an unexpected highlight! The access to the beach and nearby eateries was incredibly convenient. the rooms showed their age; one had plumbing issues and another a non-functioning lamp. Staff was attentive, but there were cleanliness concerns. Despite some quirks, the vibrant atmosphere and friendly service made for a memorable trip. Perfect for families, the pool area entertained the kids while we enjoyed drinks at the bar.

Great beach access and free Wi-Fi. Rooms need better maintenance.

The beach access is fantastic, and the kids loved the children's playground. Our room had a noticeable mildew smell and could use a deep clean. The indoor pool was nice, but the carpet in the hallway was quite worn. Overall, it was an okay stay.

The room was a good size with a functional kitchenette that included a full fridge/freezer, stove, and microwave. The beds were comfortable, with plenty of pillows and blankets, although a bit stiff. The shower was a nice size, and the hotel provided all essential toiletries. I appreciated the ice and vending machines on every floor. the air conditioning was initially tricky, but maintenance fixed it quickly. The balcony offered a great view, and the noise from the atrium could sometimes be heard. it was a cozy yet inviting space.

The indoor pool was tiny and felt uninviting, but what really bothered me were the loud birds screaming constantly. It was stressful trying to relax with all that noise, and I couldn't believe they were kept in cages. Just sad.

The location is unbeatable; it's a short walk to the beach. The atrium with its lively birds and serene pond adds a lovely touch to the stay.
The furniture and decor really need an urgent facelift.

The staff was beyond friendly and always ready to help! I loved swimming in both the indoor and outdoor pools, plus relaxing in the hot tubs. The bird experience was so much fun for the kids; they couldn't get enough!
Totally recommend! ❤️🐾

The amenities were great, with a full kitchen and plenty of plugs for charging devices. The indoor pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. The staff was friendly and quickly addressed any issues that arose, like fixing the AC promptly. The beachfront location provided easy access to the beach, and the view of birds and koi fish added to the pleasant atmosphere.
The room had some maintenance issues, including a broken toilet and rusty fixtures. The beds were uncomfortable, leading to a restless night's sleep.

I really enjoyed how just a few steps from my room, I could feel the soft sand of the beach and enjoy the stunning oceanfront views from the balcony, plus the atrium filled with lovely birds and koi fish added a charming touch; it was also convenient to find great dining options like Dunkin' and delicious local spots like Dumser's Dairyland Drive-In, all within a short walk of less than 10 minutes, but the hotel could improve its overall cleanliness in certain areas.

Location is a winner. Beach access is fantastic-private and easy. Rooms were clean, the kitchenette functional, and the lobby charming with birds and fish. several issues need attention. The bathroom is not designed for tall individuals. The indoor pool area was overcrowded and not well-maintained, rendering it nearly unusable. Staff response was lacking; requests for basic supplies went unfulfilled. Noise levels were disruptive, with thin walls allowing sounds from adjacent rooms to intrude. the elevator was a hassle, often malfunctioning. The space requires regular cleaning and better upkeep for comfort. Improvements could elevate this to a much more enjoyable experience.

Let's start with the positives - the proximity to the beach was amazing! I loved being so close to the shore activities. The outdoor pool area was so serene, and I really enjoyed sipping on the free coffee in the lobby. there were a few things that could use some improvement. The furniture in the rooms was quite outdated and in need of an upgrade. the room could have been cleaner, especially the balcony doors and shades. I had to keep asking for basic essentials like towels and toilet paper, which was a bit of a hassle. The sliding glass door in my room kept falling off its track, making it a struggle to open and close. On the bright side, I did appreciate the beautiful ocean view from my room and the friendly front desk attendants. The indoor pool water did have a bit of a stench, but overall, the location and amenities were pretty good. Hopefully, the hotel can work on addressing these issues.

The Jolly Roger Amusement Park nearby was off the chain, and the Maui Golf made us feel like mini-golf champs. The cozy room was legit and the staff was chill. Perfect for squad goals.
Wish there were more late-night party spots for us cool cats.

We had a blast at Jolly Roger, a super fun amusement park with thrilling rides and exciting games for the whole family. The children's playground was a hit with our little ones, providing hours of entertainment. Maui Golf and Planet Maze were also fantastic, offering mini-golf and maze adventures that the kids absolutely loved.
My wife says that the hotel should offer more kid-friendly food options.

I chose Quality Inn for its proximity to Jolly Roger Amusement Park. But the featured amenities, like the Atrium Cafe and Bar with pool view, exceeded my expectations. The bar/lounge was a pleasant surprise, and the cooked-to-order breakfasts were a great start to each day.
Poor cleanliness and accessibility issues.

The beach access right from the hotel's rear doors was convenient, and the atrium provided a fun space for the kids.
We encountered some maintenance issues, as the loud AC and difficult, to, open balcony sliding door were a bit bothersome. the presence of bed bugs in the room was a major drawback, leading to discomfort and disappointment during our visit.

Across the street from the beach, lots of facilities, and water sports. Had fun with the hot tub, fitness center, and adorable parrots in The Atrium Cafe and Bar!
Heard birds squawking loudly from the thin walls, but who needs noise-canceling headphones when you've got seagulls as neighbors? .

The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to ensure our happiness. The highlight was the beautiful atrium with its coy pond, parrots, and lizards, creating a tropical paradise atmosphere. The Atrium cafe provided delicious beach food in a laid-back poolside setting, and the balcony doors allowed us to enjoy the summer vibes even in winter. The DVD player in the room was a bonus for a cozy movie night. The pools were refreshing and the bar cafe served great food with friendly staff. The ocean view and sound were pure bliss. The location was perfect, right on the beach, and within walking distance of popular restaurants and attractions. The exceptional staff and excellent value make me eager to return for another stay.
That the property appeared dated, with stained carpets, a stained pull-out couch, and sheets. There was also a mold smell in the room.
